This article highlights William Collins' work on climate change. An interview with William, which addresses climate change and rising tides, is included as a sonic element in one of our tent encampments. William received the nobel prize, along with Al Gore, for his work on climate change. He is a professor in residence in the department of earth and planetary science at the University of California, Berkeley, and the senior scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado.
